PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Deposit $350 per person at time of booking, ( To secure early bird pricing, please confirm your booking by paying deposit by Saturday, August 31, 2025).

Pl understand that NIMDAC will NOT be responsible for any cancellation refunding at any time and due to any circumstances.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit available as a future credit towards a future 7 night or longer cruise through the following stated agency if cancelled before final payment.

After final payment:

• cancel 90 days or more prior – 25% penalty
• cancel 60 days or more prior – 50% penalty
• cancel 30 days or more prior – 75% penalty
• cancel within 30 days of sailing – 100% non refundable

Terms and conditions,

Friends, we will be trying our best to make this sojourn as comfortable as possible and would ask for everybody’s cooperation in this endeavour. Therefore would request to abide by the following terms,

1. NIMDAC will NOT be responsible for any cancellation refunding at any time and due to any circumstances.
2. The Cruise pricing Does Not Include Airfare and local transport from Toronto to Miami Port and return and will be the  individual’s responsibility.

4. For any query related to pricing, activities on board and cancellation please contact the agent with a copy to NIMDAC.
5. NIMDAC will be trying hard to have the CME/CDE accredited, but cannot guarantee at this stage and will not be responsible if the final decision for CME/CDE accreditation does not go in our favor by the College.

We would appreciate if anyone who would like to speak on any Medical/Dental topic for approximately for 30- 45 minutes , please send us a separate email with the topic. ( will prefer if the presentation has already been accredited by the College or help us get them accredited).

Any Physicians/Dentists who are not yet members are also most welcome to join the Cruise, so please feel free to contact your friends
( Physician/Dentist) to make this family as big as possible.
