  • Day 5: Costa Maya, Mexico

  • Day 8 (Mar 21): Return to Miami, FL

Pl make sure to print your reservation document , boarding pass ,luggage tag and bring all along with passport and Visa if required,

On the Cruise

NIMDAC ID Badge distribution :
Pl note that all the NIMDAC cruise members will collect  NIMDAC ID Badges  on DAY 1.

 

The location of Badge collection on the cruise and time will be disclosed close to the date  of departure date.

 

Members who booked through Exotic excursion agency will also receive wrist bands.

 

We ask the members who booked directly through cruise pl email us their names and contact no at

And also add their names to WhatsApp group “ NIMDAC March 2026 cruise”

 

CME/CDE
Members who are attending CME/CDE  will register their name at the same time .

 

Registration is for certificate distribution only. There is No fee for registration.

 

Certificates will be sent digitally to all the attendees.

 

 Acquiring credentials will be announced on the day of CME/ CDE.

AGM
March 19,2026
3pm – 5 pm  – Annual General Meeting NIMDAC and appointment of new executives.
Pl review the “Explore and Plan section” at NCL.com  for Excursion, Dining, Bar , Beverage , Entertainments and Activities.
Members are responsible to reserve their own excursion, dining , entertainments and activities on cruise.

Bollywood masala entertainment –

Exotic agency has arranged exclusive Bollywood style entertainemnt (BMC)  for members booked through the agency
BMC event schedule will be shared on Day 1 during  Meet & Greet.
BMC will also communicate all necessary updates and reminders throughout the cruise in a timely and organized manner.
5. Dress Code & Outfit Guide during Bollywood activities
Has already been announced by BMC. Pl review the video shared by BMC.
